Before we dive in, every order is handled with the utmost care and with as much transparency and clarity as possible.


Art is very personal and we want you to be absolutely THRILLED with your purchase!

MY ORDER HASN’T BEEN shipped YET, CAN YOU HELP ME?

 Prints can take up to 3 weeks to be ready for shipment. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

CAN I RETURN THE ARTWORK I PURCHASED?

We want you to be delighted with your artwork and ensure that it brings you joy for years to come!

Prints are very delicate (one could say extremely) and most cannot be re-sold upon return. Being a small business we do not offer print returns at this point so please be mindful of this when choosing the perfect artwork for your home!

MY ARTWORK ARRIVED DAMAGED/WAS STOLEN…

We work hard to package each order with great care so that it arrives undamaged. When you receive your package, there will be care instructions on the front. Make sure your hands are clean and completely dry before handling your print.

Damaged artwork: If your artwork has arrived damaged, we will issue a replacement for you at the next available print run. Please provide adequate details, images and documentation of the damage.

Lost or stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” but is nowhere to be found, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you provided the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect.
If you believe the order to have been stolen, please provide evidence of the matter so we can arrange to have a replacement sent out to you.


Please be kind when reaching out and remember that we have no control over the treatment of your package during transit! We are a small business and it is just as upsetting for us to see damaged prints as it is for you to receive them.
