Although the seed of the idea for this piece began with what what I DIDN'T want to do: a cliché candle lighting painting, a blurry candle-lighting painting (what's UP WITH THAT can someone pretty please explain ), or an overly spiritual candle-lit painting (eyes closed- swaying and rocking- tears rolling....)

Before I knew it...it turned into MORE.
SO MUCH MORE.
When I look at her she is an entire mood.
She reminds me of the slap-dash-run out the shower 5 minutes after the Zman. Running down the stairs tuck tucking those flyway's into a hair covering, saying the blessing, and looking up see her man approaching because (duh! Its been a crazy Friday and he only came home ten minutes ago) She turns to look, her face aglow (it's mostly moisturizer but candlelight too...) and the look he gives her makes her insides do a flip because he is looking at her like she is the most beautiful thing he's laid eyes on all day even though she isn't "dressed for company".
